La Farm—Re-Opened
1900 Broad Street
La Farm Bakery has re-opened their location at 1900 Broad Street. The main facility is based in Cary, and their products are brough to the Fuquay-Varina location daily. They will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every day, with indoor and outdoor seating available.
Bradley’s Yoga and Fitness—Coming Soon
1129 Galt Avenue in Bengal Town Center
Holly Springs has its own Bradley’s Yoga & Fitness, and soon Fuquay-Varina will have one, too! They are hoping to open next fall at 1129 Galt Avenue in Bengal Town Center. Gold Leaf Crossing
—Phase One
This one has been in the works for a few years now.
The original project was called Bellchase. At the moment, however, a site plan is in review for the first phase of the shopping center, which is located at 1920 North Main Street across from Marquee Station. Phase One plans feature 234,000 square feet of retail buildings and 960 parking spaces on 48.23 acres. Drawings still include construction of a new road, Wallace Adcock Boulevard, between Highway 401 and NC 42.

Springvale Townhomes—Approved
Preliminary plans and construction drawings have been approved for Springvale Townhomes, to be located at 7100 Kennebec Road and NC 42. This townhome development features 57 lots with 4.09 acres of open space on 9.62 acres.
Spices Hut and Retail—Proposed
A Spices Hut is in the works for NE Judd Pkwy, near Blanchard Road. The proposed site includes a 14,216-square-foot grocery store as well as a 13,158-square-foot multi-tenant retail building. The site will be on a total of 3.1 acres with 127 parking spaces.
