KidStrong – Now Open

KidStrong Fuquay-Varina is a child development training center that offers weekly, 45-minute classes designed to support physical, mental, and character milestones for children from walking age up to 11 years old. Using a “whole child philosophy,” the coaching staff leads science-backed exercises to improve agility and core strength, along with games that encourage confidence, teamwork, and resilience. Early Bird Café is all about quick-service and offering grab-and-go options, but they also have indoor seating and curbside pickup. Their menu will include breakfast sandwiches, NY bagels, breakfast bowls, waffles, French toast sticks, and other convenience items. Mixed-Use Building – Proposed
322 S. Main Street
Massengill Design-Build, has submitted plans for a two-story building on three parcels that he owns on the corner of S. Main Street and Vance Street. Plans include three residential units on the second floor, a 4,732-square-foot Southern-inspired restaurant with a mezzanine level, and three retail spaces across 3,591 square feet. Massengill hopes to begin construction by the beginning of 2027.
Sprouts Shopping Center – Proposed

A site plan is in review for Sprouts Shopping Center, part of the Wake Chapel Square development. The proposed site includes a 23,299 square-foot Sprouts grocery store, an 8,000 square-foot retail building, and 128 parking spaces on 4.11 acres.

A preliminary subdivision plan is in review for Gallaway Crossing, featuring 49 single-family lots averaging 9,860 square feet, with 11.50 acres of open space on 27.634 total acres.
