Momo Station — Now Open

Authentic Nepalese momos and Himalayan cuisine are now available inside Quaint Plaza. Momos are handcrafted dumplings and Momo Station serves them in five signature styles: steamed, pan-fried (kothey), fried, tossed in spicy chili sauce, and served in a warm tomato-sesame soup broth (jhol). Choose from chicken, vegetable, or paneer fillings and add traditional house-made dipping sauces. The Rican Lab — Coming Soon

The Rican Lab is opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the former Fainting Goat space on Main Street. We expect they will feature even more of the authentic flavors of Puerto Rico that their food truck followers already know and love.
