Aviator Pizzeria and Beer Shop
Construction is underway for an expansion of the existing Aviator Brewing Company Beer Shop located at 601 East Broad Street. The expansion incorporates another existing building, at 603 East Broad Street. Aviator Pizzeria and Beer Shop combines a retail beer store, 3 bars with 20 taps each, a roof top bar and outdoor covered patio, with a full pizza restaurant operating in 6,000 square feet inside and a 2,000 square-foot outdoor rooftop bar. The pizzeria will feature a brick oven that is capable of cooking 40 12” pizzas. They will make all their dough onsite with some cool new ingredients to include wild game, fruits and unique vegetables along with all the standard pizza toppings.
The bars will have wine, beer, guest beers, import beers, bourbon and a full liquor bar in a family-friendly atmosphere.
Ting Central Office
Construction is underway for the Ting Central Office, located at 525 N. Main Street. The plan utilizes the existing 1,036-square-foot building and adds a 564-square-foot accessory structure on a 1.42-acre lot. Opening early winter. Ting starting serving Fuquay-Varina in late March, and hopes to be completing Phase II by the end of the year. This Fall, they will open their Experience Base in Holly Springs for anyone to visit in the area.
Lane & Associates Family Dentistry
Construction is underway for Lane Dental Plaza located at 1830 N. Broad Street. Phase 1 includes a 4,968-square-foot bank building, and the total site is 8.22 acres. The property is just south of Old Powell Road on Hwy 55.
Culver’s Restaurant – Proposed
A site plan is in review for Culver’s Restaurant to be located at 1860 Cinema Drive. The plan includes a 4,330-square-foot restaurant with 57 parking spaces on a 1.33-acre lot. Culver’s Butterburgers and Custard has been around since 1984. They have four open locations in North Carolina, with the closest being in Clayton. There are three locations “opening soon” including one at 1401 Kelly Road in Apex.
Destination Community Church of God
A site plan has been approved for Destination Community Church of God, to be located at the corner of Holland Road and SE Judd Parkway. The proposed 12,000-square-foot building is on a 2.63-acre lot.
Flagship Medical – Proposed
A site plan is in review for Flagship Medical to be located at 1617 N. Main Street. The plan includes a 5,000-square-foot building with 73 parking spaces on a 1.75-acre lot.
The Learning Experience
Construction is underway for the Learning Experience, a daycare located at 2020 Marquee Lane, in the Village of Marquee Station. The proposed building is 10,000 square feet on a 1.43-acre-lot. According to their website, “The foundation of The Learning Experience® was built on three key educational and care principles: cognitive, physical, and social; or as we say at TLE®, learn, play, and grow!”
