Everbrook Academy — Coming Soon
Two new preschools are in the works for Fuquay-Varina. The first is under construction at 5450 Larksfield Lane off of Hilltop Needmore Road. The second location is coming soon to 2725 Jones Lake Road off of Highway 55.

Randall Farms — Approved

Randall Farm Road

Site plans have been approved, and construction drawings are in review for Randall Farms, to be located off of Ballentine Dairy Road, Randall Farm Road, and Sunset Lake Road. This planned unit development (PUD) will consist of 60 row homes and 87 townhomes on 29.9 acres with approximately 10 acres proposed for open space.

Han Dee Hugo’s — Proposed

2200 Piney Grove Wilbon Road

A site plan is in review for a 4,750-square-foot convenience store with eight gas pumps. The site will be on a total of 3.45 acres with 24 parking spaces.

New Waters Recovery — Proposed

6321 Johnson Pond Road

A site plan is in review for New Waters Recovery, a proposed residential treatment center, to be located at 6321 Johnson Pond Road. The proposed site includes 5,791 square feet of existing building space (to be used for meeting and consultation rooms), 9,440 square feet of proposed building space (including dining and residential facilities), and 18 parking spaces on 5.397 acres.
