Lane Professional Park—proposed
A site plan is in review for Lane Professional Park, to be located at 1880 N. Broad Street. The site completes the Lane Dental Plaza site with six commercial buildings, a central lawn area and 246 parking spaces on 7.38 acres.
Atwater Station—proposed
A mixed-use development has been proposed for Atwater Station, located at Bass Lake Road and James Slaughter Road. The 126.60-acre property will feature 192 single-family homes, 238 townhomes, and 13.45 acres of common area and open space.
Calyx Senior Living—proposed
Town planners are reviewing a site plan for a one-story congregate living facility at 105 Judd Parkway, where N. Judd Parkway meets E. Academy Street near the library. The proposal for Calyx Senior Living includes a 47,330-square-foot building with 51 parking spaces on 4.37 acres.
McLaurin Farms—proposed
A subdivision plan is in review for McLaurin Farms, to be located on nearly 81 acres at 6532 Burt Road between Oak Village Way and Buckhorn Duncan Road. Preliminary plans for this development feature 62 single-family homes on lots averaging three-quarters of an acre each and approximately 23 acres of open space.

Gold’s Gym
Gold’s Gym in Fuquay-Varina is now open. The building has been newly renovated and is open to new members! Come in and see the new gym located at 1310 E. Broad Street in F-V across from Harris Teeter. They are taking extra precautions with cleaning and sanitizing to ensure that all of the members and staff stay safe. Signature Music Studio
Signature Music Studio in downtown Fuquay-Varina offers piano, voice, music theory, and composition lessons to students of all ages. The studio opened in November, 2020. Jacob and Annette are excited to share their love of music in all its forms with students here. 106 Raleigh St. 984-225-1240.
